A really lovely afternoon concert in Leicestershire at the beautiful Launde Abbey.
Beautiful acoustics in their chapel, a very kind and enthusiastic audience and great to bring together so many composers from different eras from Bach, Schubert and Mendelssohn to Michiru Oshima and Ian Venables.
The highlight though was having just enough time to get lunch at the Fox and Hounds Inn in Knossington (near Oakham). Their summer pudding was divine!!
